Rewilding (verb)

/ˈriːˌwaɪldɪŋ/

… is the intentional unlearning of conditioned roles, unconscious patterns and promoted behaviours.

It’s remembering who we truly are.
It’s reconnecting to our innate rythms and to our true nature.
It’s setting ourselves free from what was never intended to be ours.
It’s living and relating from a place of awareness and love to lead a coherent life.

Yet you do not feel seen, nor recognised for who you truly are. Heck, you probably don’t understand yourself fully neither.

I work with the women who want to get to know the parts of her that has been shut away. I support them on the journey to understand and love their true self and create a life that reflects that.
