It’s Tuesday, 4pm, the woman is sitting at her desk having just come out of a stressful meeting with people who don’t share her values. She has to play the strong one and fight to be heard. In her big office, which is full of awards, she looks out the high windows and wish she could take a break from the hard work. Even though her life looks fancy, she feels empty inside. The opposite of a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle is her daily bread. The stress of being responsible for everything makes her tired and sad. She just want some time to relax and feel light and alive.

Why do we feel tired ?
There are various reasons why we can feel tired and exhausted in our everyday lives. Physical factors (such as nutrient deficiencies, the female cycle) have an impact on our energy levels. Especially in the winter months, physical causes are not uncommon, for example due to reduced sunlight.
However, our lifestyle probably has the greatest influence on our holistic well-being.
Our lifestyle includes our diet, exercise, sleep hygiene, stress management, but also relationships, living space, profession and our personal development.
With this knowledge, the question now arises: How satisfied am I really with my lifestyle at the moment?
If you find that you are not really happy, that’s fine. You are allowed to feel dissatisfied and should not fool yourself by doing everything well. Ignorance is not the way. But: There is a way for you out of this dissatisfaction and exhaustion. Are you ready to discover this way with me? Then read on.
The Guide to Fulfillment
Here I share with you a guide to help you establish a more fulfilling and balanced lifestyle for yourself. If you have been with me for a while, you know that I place great value on our individual uniqueness, which is why this path also requires your willingness to get to work with yourself.
First you will determine your current habits and level of satisfaction in each area of your life before you can increase your commitment and experience positive change in your life through vision work and knowledge of your unique energetic blueprint. Let’s start.
» 1. Check-In on All Areas of Your Life
Start by checking in with the help of the wheel of life. You look at different areas of your life and recognize here which area of your life is abnormal and needs more attention. Follow this link to have your wheel of life measured online.
In the next step, we will determine the most prominent area of your individual wheel.
» 2. Determine Where to Start
Next, pick out 1-maximum 2 areas of life. It makes the most sense to choose the most obvious one, i.e. the one with the lowest number. Yes, your intuition is wiser than your logical mind. So if you feel that there is another area that is worth looking at now, follow your inner, wise voice and start with this area.
Once you’ve chosen your area, let’s move forward to finding out more closely, what to change there.
» 3. Knowing What to Change: Your Unique Wants & Needs
Of course, we don’t just want to change something in this area, but something that will bring lasting lightness and fulfillment to your everyday life. That’s why, when determining your wants and needs, we not only focus on your vision, but also on your energetic uniqueness, more precisely on your Human Design Chart.
First, take a closer look at your chosen area of life: What subtopics does it include? Write down some sub-themes to gain a better understanding of the area.
For example, for me the area of spirituality includes my spiritual practice but also a higher meaning of life, awareness in everyday life, being present, inner balance between yin & yang, etc.
Once you done that, you can move on in determing your wants and needs.
Determing Your Wants
Stay focused on your chosen area of the wheel of life and go into a visualisation of the best world possible.
My partner and I often use the phrase „In a perfect world where everything is possible, it would be like this & this.“ to explain our raw and pure desires that are not limited by beliefs and internalized patterns.
Try it out for yourself ! Write down what this area of life would look like for you in a perfect world.
Of course, not everything is always possible in this way, but this exercise helps to reveal our deepest desires and can then be realized by asking the question „Why do I want this? How would I feel if it were so?“ to reveal the emotional motivation for this reality. This is how we find out our true drivers and needs.
Determing Your Needs
When we talk about needs, let’s leave our heads out of the equation and go into service mode. It is likely that your head does not approve of some of your physical, emotional or spiritual needs.
This is where Human Design comes into play. Human Design enables us to gain a detached insight into our energetic uniqueness, in which a reading provides information about how energy is generated and processed in our body.
Accordingly, you can then understand how you deal with stress, inspiration, fears or even emotions, inspiration, fears or even emotions so that you can work in harmony with your with your inner nature and not against it.
Through my own experience and feedback from clients, I can tell that Human Design does not tell you what you should do or worse, what you can’t do. It gives you insight into HOW you can adapt your lifestyle to your uniqueness and thereby not experience experience energetic resistance. Instead, you feel in flow, carried, lighter and more aligned when you adapt your lifestyle to your design. Which in turn raises your frequency, makes you more magnetic and you attract wonderful opportunities and invitations into your life. A win-win situation.
To do so, we’ll now talk about how to stay motivated to meet your needs.
» 4. Meeting Your Needs
The toughest part is putting these insights into action. Having the commitment to put our well-being first is not a given. Here are 2 thoughts to motivate you to keep this commitment.
An Act of Self-Love
To deepen your self-love journey, use this opportunity to prove it to yourself. Genuine self-love goes beyond candles and yoga; it shines brightest in challenging moments. And what could be more challenging than committing yourself to new habits and implementing them with love and ease, without letting yourself or others dissuade you. Prove your love by taking your needs as seriously as those of a loved one.
Energy and Frequency Don’t Lie
How you feel on the inside ALWAYS has a direct influence on your outside. No matter how hard you try to hide something. So instead of deciding against your needs next time, think about the impact it has on your frequency and therefore on your magnetism, your happiness, your health, your relationships, your ability to make decisions. Everything is connected. And it stands and falls with your inner well-being.
Nurturing Your Holistic Well-Being
Remember, the heart of your success lies in nurturing your holistic well-being. Every achievement, every milestone, is intimately connected to the health of your mind, body, and spirit. Embrace meeting your needs not as an indulgence, but as a non-negotiable foundation for lightness, fulfillment and balance.
