It’s October 2024 as I write this post and it’s been exactly 2 years now, that me and my boyfriend are traveling the world as slow living nomads. Enough time to collect many experiences and make a list of my travel essentials as a (digital) Nomad.
We’ve explored different travel styles like camping, housesitting, volunteering, work away and renting apartments. We traveled sometimes adventurous, sometimes modest, sometimes minimalistic, sometimes luxurious.
Currently we are on a working holiday in Australia creating some stability, make money more consistently and exploring the native wildlife slowly and gently.
The path of nomadic living has brought many changes and pursuing a minimalistic lifestyle is one of them. When you have to carry all your belongings on your back, you soon learn to let go of the things that aren’t essential.
It also makes us choose the few possesions we have with much more attention, intention and care. Quality over quantity is the motto. Therefore we put much time in doing researches to find the right fits for us (especially my boyfriend does).
For saving your precious time, I decided to share my tested and approved favorite items with you in this blog post.
